RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error like you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)

SHIPPING
Shipping for online orders is currently Flat Shipping rates to specific regular postal-codes provided by Xpressbees and Blue Dart Express Limited only in India (EDL: Extra Delivery Locations not covered) depending on the total cart weight and customers are advised to fill applicable pincode only & in case wrong pin codes entered in address, customer shall be charged additional amount of shipping which shall be intimated to them by email / WhatsApp and advance payment required to be made for such correction in pincode.

Expedite Courier Service (Express Shipping) also available to customers at additional cost which depends upon the cart items and shall be separately intimated to the customer whenever customer requires but in Express Shipping, we do not commit any delivery timeline in the event beyond our control.
