Easy installation the surface you wish to attach your decal must be clean and free from dust, grease or any other contamination. Simply peel those pre-cut pieces of wall stickers off from the backing paper and apply them to the desired area. Refer to the finished design shown in between the sheet and follow the numbers mentioned on the pieces to form the desired pattern. Freshly painted or lacquered surfaces must be allowed to completely cure for minimum 30 days before the decal is applied. After pasting the wall stickers on your wall, press firmly along the border and remove air bubbles if any. Repeat, if required. Do not apply on wet walls. It will be helpful and fun if you take help of your friends or family members.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error like you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
SHIPPING
Shipping for online orders is currently Flat Shipping rates to specific regular postal-codes provided by Xpressbees and Blue Dart Express Limited only in India (EDL: Extra Delivery Locations not covered) depending on the total cart weight and customers are advised to fill applicable pincode only & in case wrong pin codes entered in address, customer shall be charged additional amount of shipping which shall be intimated to them by email / WhatsApp and advance payment required to be made for such correction in pincode.
