3、新的充气产品，刚开始使用的时候一般会有一点PVC材料的味道，所有产品出厂都经过严格检测和质量认证，环保材质，无毒无害，对气味特别敏感的买家请慎重购买。！
4、尺寸皆为厂家标注，实际会根据充气程度和温度一般有5-8CM左右误差，充气几次后就会慢慢正常，如果对尺寸太在乎的买家请谨慎购买。
5、1-3天左右补一次气，建议开始使用的时候不要充太满，不要把产品充到绷的很紧就可以了（一般7-8分饱）。

本人真诚申明：我们是批发为主，阿里批发规则是和淘宝的零售是不一样的，所以售后规则也不相同。我们希望客人们在一些不影响使用和售卖的情况下，希望亲们自行处理一下一些小瑕疵问题。都是批发价格出售，薄利多销的，谢谢亲们的理解，只有理解，才能走得更远，理解万岁。
①.请买家在下单前，根据自己实际情况和需求，确定好要订购的数量和配件！充气产品要配充气工具才能使用，不配送充气工具的，要另外购买。默认是pe袋包装，彩盒需要另外加钱购买。
②. 关于售后处理 ：我们只负责检查好货品帮亲原装发出去，不管因此产生的各种售后问题。有售后问题，只要能维修的情况下都尽量维修，（需各自承担寄出的邮费）批发价格不提供退换服务！
充气产品维修：
找漏气点的方法：充饱一些，手贴近点表面，或者身上皮肤敏感点的，贴近点表面，感觉一下，有风出来的地方就是有漏气点，一点一点查找，耐心点，就会找到的！
针眼修补方法： 先把气放的差不多了，里面留一点，在口子上滴两三滴胶水，把洞堵住，等胶水快干了，慢慢的按平，然后用力按压2-3分钟放开，过2-3小时再充气就可以口子大一些的修补方法：先把产品的气放的差不多了，如果裂口是绒面，要先把绒面打湿了，用钝一点的东西把口子周围的绒面给抠掉，或者涂点胶水在口子的四周，用牙签一刮绒面就会掉下来，然后把裂口处弄平整，用胶水先把口子给盖上，等胶水快干了按平，慢慢的按，同样的再用胶水修补一遍，然后剪一片比口子大一些的修补片，再用修补片补一层，按压几分钟，等胶水干了用重物压几小时后再充气使用.

RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error like you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
SHIPPING
Shipping for online orders is currently Flat Shipping rates to specific regular postal-codes provided by Xpressbees and Blue Dart Express Limited only in India (EDL: Extra Delivery Locations not covered) depending on the total cart weight and customers are advised to fill applicable pincode only & in case wrong pin codes entered in address, customer shall be charged additional amount of shipping which shall be intimated to them by email / WhatsApp and advance payment required to be made for such correction in pincode.
